Child Welfare Clinic
At Skyview Specialist Hospital’s Child Welfare Clinic (CWC) 👶, we are committed to supporting the healthy growth and development of children, especially those under five years of age, through regular monitoring and preventive care services. Our clinic provides a welcoming and supportive environment where parents and caregivers can receive guidance on their child’s health, nutrition, and overall wellbeing. The Child Welfare Clinic is held at the hospital on the 3rd Wednesday of every month, offering families a convenient opportunity to access essential child health services in one visit.
During each session, our healthcare team provides routine childhood immunizations according to the national schedule, regular growth monitoring through weighing and height measurements, and early identification of possible nutritional or developmental concerns 📊. Caregivers also receive practical nutrition counselling, hygiene education, and guidance on managing common childhood conditions at home. In addition, the clinic offers important preventive services such as Vitamin A supplementation and periodic deworming treatments to help keep children healthy and protected as they grow 🌿.
